Token auction: You get 90% of the dollar amount of the used tokens in your auction. You don’t get paid till you become available to talk with the first two buyers. If you fail to do so, before the auction ending time, all the used tokens in your auction will be converted back to unused tokens.

MaxBid or FixedPrice auction: You get 90% of the amount, which is calculated as the product of the time a bidder talks with you and the bidder's committed rate (committed amount/committed time). If the time talked is 30 seconds or more than 30 seconds then the time will be rounded of to full minute, whereas if the time talked is less than 30 seconds then it will not be counted.

Referral fee- How much I get paid?

Buyer- How much I get charged?

Call connection charges:
You will need to pay for the call connection charges both for yourself and for the seller. If both you and the seller are in US, then for 5 minutes of conversation you will be charged {MIDDLE_CONTENT}.25.

Bid amount charges:
These charges don’t apply to token auctions. But for other auctions, you need to pay for the time you actually talked (and not for the time you committed to talk) with a seller at your committed rate (committed amount/committed duration). If the time talked is 30 seconds or more than 30 seconds then the time will be rounded of to full minute, whereas if the time talked is less than 30 seconds then it will not be counted.

Just before putting you in the conference call with a seller, we will place an authorization hold (and not charge) on your credit/debit card for the amount you committed to pay, plus the expected call connection charges. After you are done talking with a seller, we will calculate the actual charge based on the time you talked.

Non-token auction: Actual charge = Actual call connection charges + Actual talk time * committed rate
Token auction: Actual charge = Actual call connection charges
We will then place the actual charge on your card.
