Refund Policy
- Unused tokens earned as a seller can be refunded without incurring any processing fee.
- While refunding unused tokens will be subject to a processing fees of 5.2%
- Used tokens will be converted to unused tokens:
- if a seller doesn’t become available before the end of token auction time. Other than this case.
- if a buyer has indicated earlier (before the availability of a seller) about her unavailability and then misses the chance to talk with the seller.
- In a token auction if a seller hangs up or chooses to talk less than half the time of the indicated duration than the buyer’s money will be refunded (refunding charges may apply) and seller will not get that amount. A buyer will not get refund if the call interrupts because of the buyer or if he chooses to end the call earlier.
- in case of auction abruption subject to our discretion.

Refunds will be limited to tokens used in the auction in question. Tokens used in previous auctions for the same seller will not be refunded. Other than these situations used tokens will not be refunded.
Other than the qualified charities, no entity can get a refund for tokens received as gifts/donations.
